1. About Aspiro

These terms apply to the Aspiro Careers website (aspirocareers.com) and the Aspiro platform (platform.aspirocareers.com), operated by Aspiro AI Ltd (Company No. 16326352), registered in England and Wales.

2. Who can use Aspiro

The platform is designed for:

• Students in Years 7 to 11 at UK state secondary schools
• Parents and guardians of those students
• School staff with a legitimate educational role

Students access the platform through either their school (where the school holds a subscription) or via a parent or guardian who has created an Aspiro account and invited them. Students cannot register independently without a school or parent account.

Schools that register students are responsible for ensuring students use the platform appropriately within their own school policies.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your account with anyone else. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].

4. Career Compass (the AI service)

Career Compass is an AI-powered career guidance tool. It remembers your previous conversations to provide continuity across sessions. It is designed to help you explore career ideas and is not a substitute for qualified careers guidance.

AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them as your only source of career information.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the platform to:

• Share content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, or illegal
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, copy, or scrape any part of the service
• Misrepresent your identity or school affiliation

6. Safeguarding

We take the safety of young people seriously. If a conversation raises a concern about the safety or welfare of a student, we log metadata about that event (not the content of the conversation) and may take action in line with our safeguarding policy. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

7. Rate limits

Free accounts are limited to 10 AI exchanges per day, resetting daily. Standard accounts have a higher limit. Limits exist to ensure fair access and service quality for all users.

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, and technology on this site and platform is owned by Aspiro AI Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspiro AI Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this service, including any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
