Each session runs 40 minutes and builds on the last, from introducing AI as a thinking partner to helping students apply career thinking to real decisions about their future. Flexible scheduling so it fits around your timetable without disruption.
In-school delivery
Aspiro AI specialists come to your school and deliver every session. Your staff observe rather than lead, which means minimal preparation time and no subject expertise required. We bring the materials, the technology, and the facilitation.
Gatsby aligned
The programme directly supports Gatsby Benchmarks 2 (career and labour market information), 3 (addressing the needs of each student), and 8 (personal guidance). We provide session outcome summaries your careers team can use for Compass+ and Ofsted evidence.
Safeguarding aware
All in-school delivery follows your school's safeguarding policy. Our platform is ICO Children's Code aligned and UK GDPR compliant. Student conversations with the AI career companion are private and never shared with schools or parents.

All in-school programme delivery is conducted in line with your school's safeguarding and child protection policies. Our specialists work within your existing framework and follow your protocols for visiting staff.
The Aspiro platform has its own multi-layer safeguarding system, independent of in-school delivery. Every student message is monitored in real time. Serious concerns trigger an immediate response to the student and an instant alert to our named safeguarding team. How long does delivery take?

Do students need prior AI knowledge?
No. The programme is designed for all students regardless of their experience with AI or technology. Neither do staff members.
Who delivers the sessions?
Sessions are delivered in-school by Aspiro AI specialists, working alongside your careers team.
Is it suitable for SEND students?
The programme is built around inclusive thinking frameworks and is adaptable. We are happy to discuss specific accessibility requirements.
What happens if a student says something concerning to the AI?
The platform monitors every student message in real time. Serious concerns trigger an immediate response to the student, with crisis support numbers, and an instant notification to the Aspiro safeguarding team. For Category 1 concerns (danger to self or others), our CEO contacts your Designated Safeguarding Lead directly, by phone, within four hours. For acute risk, that call is immediate.
