A three-time founder who has worked across Japan, APAC, EMEA and the Americas, he now brings that experience to the businesses and schools the giants overlook, so they get enterprise-grade judgement and keep the decisions their own.

Steven is a commercially astute technology leader with deep technical expertise, CTO-level leadership experience, and over 30 years delivering high-impact IT transformation across global enterprises and UK Government departments. His career spans senior roles at IBM, EMC, Dell, HPE, Rolls-Royce, ABN AMRO, RBS, and Huawei, where he led enterprise architecture, cloud modernisation, and large-scale engineering organisations. He has governed multi-million-pound technology portfolios and delivered complex programmes across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Alongside his private-sector work, he has driven national-scale transformation within the UK public sector, holding direct commercial responsibility for technology budgets totalling tens of millions of pounds. As Chief Operations & Technology Officer of Aspiro AI, he scales the organisation's operations, shapes its technology and commercial strategy, and ensures secure, resilient, high-quality delivery across all engagements.

Dave has spent 15 years counselling C-suite and executive leadership through the moments that decide a company's reputation: major transformational programmes, M&A, regulatory scrutiny, and crises. His PwC background is sharpened by five years as a business journalist, so he reads a story from both sides.

Janet holds an OBE for services to education and spent 25 years as a headteacher. She was Founding Chair of Wales' National Digital Learning Council, was named in the Global Teacher Prize Top 50, and has taken education's case to the Minister for AI.
