School signs up
We set up your school account and invite your students. No IT overhead. Students receive an email invitation and sign in directly.

Each student gets their own secure account. Career Compass remembers them between sessions: their profile, their interests, their progress.

School administrators see cohort-level data aligned to Gatsby Benchmarks. Parents can link their account to stay informed. No one sees private conversation content.

Safeguarding is built in, not bolted on.
Every student who uses Career Compass is sharing their hopes, uncertainties, and private thoughts about their future with an AI. We have a moral obligation, and in many cases a legal one, to handle that trust responsibly.
Career Compass monitors for five categories of concern in real time, from danger to self or others through to age-inappropriate content and social isolation. The platform uses three layers of detection so that serious things are never left to the AI alone. Certain responses, crisis support, content redirects, are pre-written and fixed. The AI never improvises on safeguarding.
When a serious concern is raised, the Aspiro safeguarding team is notified immediately and the student's school DSL is contacted directly. Elevated monitoring persists across all future sessions until manually reviewed.
