How does the AI Career Literacy Programme work?
Five sessions. Forty minutes each. Delivered in your school, free.

The AI Career Literacy Programme is a structured in-school curriculum for Year 7 to 11 students. It is delivered by Aspiro specialists, so your staff do not need to prepare or lead anything. You provide the space and the students. We provide everything else.
Each session builds on the last, following the Explore, Refine, Act framework. By session five, students are using the Career Compass AI companion to explore their own interests and begin making sense of the choices ahead of them.
Parents are invited to attend alongside their child. This is deliberate. Career decisions happen at home, and the programme is more effective when the people who influence those decisions have seen it first-hand.
The five sessions
Thinking With AI
Students are introduced to AI as a thinking partner, not an answer machine. The session establishes the Explore, Refine, Act framework that runs through the whole programme.
Asking Better Questions
The quality of a question determines the quality of the answer. Students practise asking the kinds of questions that open up possibilities rather than close them down.
Trust and Verification
AI is useful and it gets things wrong. Students learn to interrogate information, check sources, and develop the critical thinking that makes AI a tool rather than an authority.
AI and Your Future
Students explore how careers and industries are changing, what that means for the choices in front of them, and how to stay adaptable in a world that will keep shifting.
Bringing It All Together
Students bring their thinking from all five sessions together and use the Career Compass AI companion to explore their own interests, values, and possible directions.
